Can you tell me more about the shirts?
Attention: some shirts may contain feminism, post-punk, break-ups or low-waged subsistence references, with graphic elements sampled from dusty album artworks.
Most of them are one-offs, others are two/three of a kind. I only use water-based inks.
What is my shirt size?
As the most printed shirts, please notice that the JHK and Gildan tees are close to what can be called American standard size. Nonetheless, every shirts’ size is properly described when you click on it.
If you’re unsure about the fit, just shoot me a message — I’m more than happy to help you get it right before you hit buy.
How should I wash the shirts?
Treat your garment right: cold washes only and always inside out.

How does your shipping work?
Orders are dispatched worldwide (except Israel) from Portugal within 1-5 business days, via registered mail with tracking.
Estimated delivery times are: 2 days for Portugal/Spain | 5-10 days for Europe | 10-20 days for the rest of the world.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so no hidden surprises.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes on my order?
If your shipping address is outside the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT or customs clearance fees upon arrival. Even though I operate as an independent seller and am exempt from VAT in Portugal, these destination taxes cannot be included in the purchase price (except to the US). Europe as the pinnacle of modern society, right?
What is your refund/return policy?
Unless the mistake is on my end, I can’t offer refunds nor returns as all garments go through an artisanal process of hand-printing and/or are one-offs.
We can all agree that I’m not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, expired unclaimed packages or destination post-office f*ck ups. Nonetheless, write me if any of the above happens.
Please note that returned items within Europe take about a month to be returned, and buyer must pay for new shipping costs for me send it again.

RECORDS
Why aren’t the records on this site?
At this early stage, my records are only sold on Vinted and thru DM on Instagram. Vinted’s a public profile, so feel free to hit me up if you want to combine the shipping of shirts and records.
How do you clean and send your records?
Every record is deep-cleaned with an ultrasonic machine before shipping. Your wax will be securely packaged in a strong cardboard mailer, including a new outer plastic sleeve and a new inner sleeve if the original is missing or smelling like GG Allin.

How can I pay?
All prices are in Euros (€). If you’re in Portugal, MB WAY is the fastest way to go.
Globally, you can choose Paypal, Credit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do you handle taxes?
I play by the rules, I don’t pull a Milli Vanilli with the law.
Under Portuguese tax law, as an individual operation (a.k.a. skint freelancer) I’m exempt from charging VAT (Artigo 53º do CIVA).
How do you handle my privacy?
tearjerker is fully GDPR compliant. I only use your info to process payments and ship your orders. I don’t do spam. I’ll be having a newsletter soon, but you’ll have to sign in for that.
Do you sell physically?
Write me if you want to have tearjerker at your second hand market or music festival.
